
Baked apples are one of the
most loved desserts in our family. Aside from the fact that it is fairly easy to make, this recipe is gives a different twist to one of our favorite
healthy snacks.
For this dessert, you will need raisins or
dried cranberries, brown sugar, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, and four apples. While preheating the baking oven to 350 degrees, get a bowl and mix the raisins or cranberries, cinnamon, sugar and walnuts in it. Extract the cores in each of the apples and put on the baking tray. Deposit the mixture into the apples. Bake for about forty minutes, until the apples become tender. This may take a long time for these goodies to be made, but the wait is definitely worth it.
