I
love baking so much, doesn't everybody? But, sometimes we tend to buy bakeware over and over again because we don't know how to maintain the quality of our bakeware. Hence, we spend too much because we keep on buying new ones every time we want to
bake some cake or cookies. Some bakeware might not be too useful in the future if you don't know how to take care of them. So, what should you do to preserve your bakeware?
The first thing you should remember is to never use metal knives or any metal utensils while cutting the baked goods inside the bakeware. This would really cause your bakeware some serious damage. Use a wooden, rubber, or silicone spatula to avoid damaging your pans. After thoroughly cleaning out your bakeware, you have to store them in a safe and tidy compartment. That way, you'll be preserving its state. Of course, when you're about to use them again, you have to wash them. But, you should use just the right
water temperature. Clean your pans with plastic scourers. As much as possible, don't wash your bakeware in the dishwasher. Dishwashers may be too harsh on your pans. So, now you know how to take good care of them, you don't have to replace them every time you want to bake.
