Do you want the yummy taste of banana in a pie? Yes! in a pie. After a
delicious meal with your family, what a nice way to complement it with an amazing combination of banana, chocolate and walnuts in a pie. Your family will definitely like it.
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 bananas
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, grated
1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
To begin, combine butter or margarine with confectioner's sugar. Then, beat in the eggs with an interval of 3 minutes after each addition. After that, stir in vanilla. Next, slice 2 bananas, and sprinkle it with lemon juice. Then, fold grated
chocolate and bananas into sugar mixture and turn filling into cooled pie shell. Finally, garnish with walnuts, banana slices, and whipped cream. There you have it, your yummy banana split pie. However, I do not recommend this recipe to pregnant women, elderly, young children and people with medical or immune problems because it contains raw eggs. Raw eggs can have Salmonella that causes diarrhea, vomiting, stomach cramps and fever. Again, this is for those with medical or immune problems.
