
Fish is probably the easiest to cook. People who are usually in a hurry to cook easy but tasteful and good food would prefer to use fish for their dish.
Filleting fish is easy to do. You just need to have the right marinade for to coat your filleted fish with. For your marinade, aside from the usual fish stock or water you combine with garlic, celery, onion, ginger, soy sauce or oyster sauce, you can also try putting a tablespoon of rice wine or white wine. This way the taste of the fish will not be too powerful.
The fish should be cut into a size of 1/2 inch by 1 1/2 inches so that the pieces won't be too small. After marinating the fish, you should roll it on a platter with the cornstarch so that the taste of the marinade will be preserved. The next step is to deep fry the pieces. Make sure that before removing the pieces from the pan, they are already cooked. Don't let the pieces burn.
